Lori Lightfoot, mayor of Chicago, has figured out both the cause of crime within her city and a cure for it.
She
has determined that possession of police scanners is a primary cause of
criminal activity within the city. The cure for this is to outlaw
possession of police scanners within the city.
Just thought you might want to pass this on to the city government where you live.
