of January 1 it will no longer be illegal in the formerly great state
of California to loiter for the purposes of engaging in prostitution.
I think it's nice that we can do something for prostitutes during the
Christmas season, don't you?
In addition California courts are now specifically prohibited from disclosing a persons immigration status in court.
I guess if you are an illegal alien street hooker you got a twofer. Ho Ho Ho.
