"Hi Dukie, Jeffrey and
sent me to have some whoopee with you."The Duke of York may not be
having a terribly merry Christmas. You might recall he got caught up a
bit in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. The family accepted his categorical
denials until photographs surfaced.
He
has had a small private office at the royal palace with a couple of
secretarial types working there. The nice thing about that is it
allowed him to have a legitimate Buckingham Palace mailing address.
That is a big deal on that side of the pond. He can't use that any
more.
The Duke is also no
longer the Colonel of the Grenadier Guards, a position he inherited.
That gig has gone to Camilla, the Queen Consort.
In
addition he no longer has publicly funded police protection as he no
longer has any public duties as he is no longer a working royal. He is
no longer allowed to call himself His Royal Highness and has been
stripped of all military titles and patronage.
He
got the heave-ho from the late Queen herself after he had to fork over
12 million pounds to Virginia Giuffre as part of a civil damages
settlement, made with no admission of guilt. The abuse incidents go
back to when Ms. Giuffre was 17. The Queen had to help him raise the
cash.
It is said by
insiders that King Charles, aka Horseface, has told him in no uncertain
terms that his expulsion from the club is permanent. He will, however,
be with the rest of the family at Sandringham on Sunday. Family is
family, even if they are black sheep.

She got about 14.5 Million in American money. There is no doubt that the Royals will continue to fund his life.
If I understand correctly he has a significant income from property owned as the Duke of York. That being said they are certainly not going to let him go onto the dole.
