Your friends can get you into a lot of trouble.
Ashley
M. Aurich was a "prison guard" at the California State Prison,
Sacramento (New Folsom Prison) prior to her fall from grace. She came
up in a law enforcement family. Back on September 16, 2016, another
guard, Arturo Pacheco, seriously injured a prisoner, Ronnie Price, who
was then 65 years old, for no obvious reason. He died two days later.
Pacheco pulled the prisoners legs out from under him while he was being
escorted with his hands cuffed behind him He did a face plant and
broke his jaw. He was killed by a pulmonary embolism directly caused by
his injury. Pacheco was sentenced to 12 1/2 years and is due to report
to prison January 10.
Aurich
at least condoned the attack and assisted in the ultimately ineffective
cover-up. It is believed by the judge that the attack might not have
happened had Aurich made it clear she would NOT assist Pacheco. The
judge gave the sentence the prosecution asked for and said he would have
given more time had the prosecution asked for it. Aurich eventually
assisted in the prosecution of Pacheco. It didn't get her much slack.
Both Aurich and Pacheco were sacked in 2018. Their prosecution was by the feds.
EDITOR'S NOTE: "Your friends can get you into a lot of trouble." Wrong, wrong! Lying for your friends can get you into a lot of trouble.

What happened to the old maxim, "A friend will help you move. A GOOD friend will help you move the body."
