Yesterday the Dow-Jones
Industrial Averages set a new high of 41,622. It is likely that is
going up again today as the market seems to be turned on by the almost
certain drop of the interest about to be instituted by the Federal
Reserve. That isn't necessarily the most wonderful thing that will
occur today, but neither is it nothing.
