The Renaissance Tower (aka the Darth Vader Building) in downtown
Sacramento, just a stone's throw from the Capitol, is up for auction.
At 28 stories it was the tallest building in Sacramento when built and
is now the fifth tallest. It is less than 25% occupied. It may be
available for a song.
