A Pleasant Grove Elementary School teacher secretly created a LGBTQ club at the school
Elk Grove, CA. is an up-scale mostly bedroom community
south of Sacramento. It is a nice place. Their school district now
requires that parents give written permission for their crumb-snatchers
to join school clubs. ANY school club.
Apparently
a teacher at one of the elementary schools started up an LGBTQ club
without the school being terribly aware of what was going on and without
the parents of the children being informed. NO new clubs are being
allowed to form until the new policy is in place and fully
operational.
Gee, I wonder why everybody got so upset.
