Prosecutors have decided that some L A city jail workers are NOT criminally negligent in the death of a black female adult who killed herself while a guest of the city.
The dead person in question was Wakiesha Wilson who offed herself in a cell. Ms. Wilson repeatedly DENIED being suicidal to staff. She did apparently tell a cellie she was going to kill herself, but the cellie wrote it off as her being a drama queen.
Of course that doesn't mean the family won't sue, and the city will likely give them some taxpayers money just because.
