Dr. Huxtable, AKA Bill Cosby, elected to NOT testify in his sexual assault retrial in Norristown, P.A. Closing arguments are scheduled for Tuesday and the case should go to the jury while you are reading this.
Cosby, who is now 80, didn't testify at the first trial either. The jury deadlocked, prompting the retrial. Cosby could face up to ten years as a guest of the people if convicted. There were 25 witnesses in the trial, which ran two weeks.
The jury did hear from Cosby by way of his civil trial depositions from 2005 and 2006 in which he admits supplying the women with Quaaludes before having allegedly consensual sex with them forty years ago.
