I almost didn't bother to write this up as the available info is very thin, but since it has a happy ending I thought it was worth it.
At about 8:15 p.m. an as-yet unnamed asshole breaks into an occupied home on the 900 block of South Monroe St. here in beautiful downtown Stockton, the butt-crack of California. The man allegedly threatened the occupants of the home. At that time a male adult occupant of the house whips out a gun and terminally rehabilitates the intruder. So far the cops and the D.A. are calling it self-defense.
