The local news has just announced (Thursday, 1330, KFBK radio out of Sacramento) that Stevante Clark, well-known asshole and brother to dead criminal Stephon Clark, is currently a guest of Sacramento County. He is being charged with making threats to harm and making one or more harassing and bogus telephone calls to 911.
With any sort of luck Clark is about to find out there are limits to the abilities of celebrities to act like assholes. He is being held without bail.
