STRANGE, I DON'T FEEL SAFER

There are some odd laws in CA related to the operation of schools.  A lot of stuff in state mandated teaching.  For instance, schools in the state are required to inform students of how mean the White people were to the indigenous people.  (Which they indeed were.)  They are required to inform students of the massive contributions to society made by LGBTQ people.  They are now required to inform students of how horribly dangerous firearms in the house are and the laws in CA regarding safe storage of firearms.  

The original drafts of the legislation would have required parents inform the schools of the presence of firearms in their home..  That was a bridge too far.  For now.

No one is going to be any safer with what is being taught nowadays in America's public schools.
