A man on the far left fires a shotgun at a SUV driver intent on running down pedestrians in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 1, 2024
This mess started in Los Vegas when a construction boss
fired one of his workers, presumably for showing up drunk or stoned at
the remodel project they were working on. The info available implies
that, but doesn't exactly say.
The
fired guy was pissed. At about 6:30 p.m. he showed up at the job site
and attempted to run his former boss down with his SUV. The bad guy
obviously didn't give a damn about innocent pedestrians in the area as
he drove over sidewalks as he felt the mood, injuring several of them.
Finally
the driver picked the wrong place to be an asshole. He plowed thru a
picket fence on to the property of some nice little old lady, and her
27-year old grandson came out with his shotgun and started shooting.
The SUV was not shotgun proof. The asshole died.
The shooter was detained for questioning overnight and then released without charges. No names have yet been released.
