DEATH SENTENCE FOR SEVEN

By Bob Walsh

Seven of the Great Dane dogs that killed Davina Corbin in Butte County ten days ago have been identified by DNA as having attacked her.  Those dogs will be put down.

The rest of the 25 dogs running loose on the property, most of them Great Dane puppies, will be put up for adoption.

No criminal charges have been filed in the matter.  Yet.  That situation may not continue.  Local residents assert that they complained to county officials about the dogs previously but that no action was taken.

Packs of roaming dogs are always dangerous.
