Chevron is moving its headquarters out of San Ramon, CA. and going to Houston, Texas, taking 2,000 immediate jobs and god knows how much tax revenue along with them. The cited the shitty business climate and the shitty attitude towards fossil fuel as the reasons. They also said they don't anticipate that they will be the last large employer to do so. They are probably right.
